Retreat Details
We hold four retreats a year. These take place in February, May, August and October of each year. A typical retreat consists of a day filled with engaging activities that enhance teens mental well-being. The day includes a professional speaker, art healing activities, yoga, meditation, journaling, teen talk time, giveaways, swag bag, snacks or a meal.
